Staff of the Nisga’a Land Title Office is able to review the forms for your transaction to ensure that they are completely and accurately completed before you have them witnessed and submit them.
To request a review of forms, please complete the following information and upload scans of the completed forms. We will review them and identify any areas where corrections or additions are needed.
It is not obligatory to have forms reviewed before submitting the signed, original forms to the Nisga’a Land Title Office. If a submitted application is refused because it is incomplete or inaccurate, however, the application fee is forfeited and there is a $30.00 fee that must be paid before a new application can be accepted for registration.
Forms for review can also be provided to the Land Title Office by mail or by dropping them off at the Nisga’a Land Title Office.
Please note that the staff of the Nisga’a Land Title Office is not permitted to provide legal advice with respect to land title applications.
