The Nisga’a Land Title Office can provide a title search for any parcel registered in the Nisga’a Land Title system. Please provide as much of the following information as possible and then click the “Submit” button to send your request to the Land Title Office. Required fees must be paid in advance. If any fees are due the Land Title Office will send an invoice to the email address you provided. You can pay this invoice over the phone, in person or by cheque or money order. Your request will be processed when payment has been received. No fee is charged for a Nisga’a citizen or a Nisga’a village government.
