The website uses an online editor for data entry which makes basic formatting easy. The editor includes a “Paste from Word” button which you can use to copy and paste text from Microsoft Word. This feature does not work properly if you’re using Internet Explorer 8. Under IE 8 text will not be formatted properly.

There are two ways to avoid this:

1. Use a different browser. Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera all work properly.
2. Use the “Paste Text” button. This works properly but removes any special formatting (like bold or italic font, bulleted lists, …) in the document. You would need to reformat it.
